I received the text that my car was ready to pick up. No one disclosed that it did not have oil in it. I paid my deductible and were given my keys as if my car was good to drive. The cosmetic damage on the hood needed to be fixed to fix the original cause for me bringing it to the shop, which was the low oil pressure due to a possible leak in the first place. I tried calling and left a voice mail and no one reached out to me. I figured if I was still getting the low oil pressure warning i needed to check my dip stick. Getting my oil topped off was no issue, i just would have appreciated atleast maybe a verbal heads up. Havent had the notification since so I think it’s safe to assume the issue was fixed, but i do know that could have messed up my engine and caused me further issues. Glory to God, everything is okay though.

The daily communication was wonderful. I never had to wonder what was happening or if the repair was on track. I also received my car back a day ahead of schedule. Lastly, it was very important to me that I drop my car off when the work was actually going to begin. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
