Cornell, Nancy, and Lisa made the whole experience pretty much painless. All were friendly, courteous, and professional. This was my second time having my car repaired at this facility. I will definitely go back if the need ever arise again. Keep up the great work.

Toyota collision center takes a long time to repair. End takes a long time to get the parts even there is a parts in a market Lake Side Colition Center employee says they cannot find my parts in. It would make me wait long time then I did get the part number from them I find a parts for a Toyota Collision Center, Employees to they can fix my car still is not fix not properly functioning

My vehicle didn’t fix properly. My back door cannot open easily and they didn’t do a good job. That is a no good customer service and waited for the parts too long even that you guys have the parts they didn’t get it and I got the parts number, and I find a parts for them, that’s why Toyota collision Center is not doing a really good job customer care person Cornell in the front desk he don’t know what he doing. He lies too much.

Some small areas of chipped paint were missed around the bottom frame of the driver's door and on the driver's front quarter panel. Nothing major, but it will need at least some touch up paint so as not to rust.
