My car was taken to them the morning of Oct 21, 2020. I was told by a man named Jimmy he would call me and let me know what needed to be done to my car that’s evening or so. I said thank you and left. He never called me the following Monday I call and I ask what was broke he tells me he ordered parts and don’t know full damage till they come in. No communication what so ever! I called a couple more times to see if I could get a better answer and it was about the same. I had to have a good friend call the owner and that was how I got my answer. I get a phone call my car is ready I get to body shop get my keys. No one still tells me everything that was done to my car, walk out to my car there is a door don’t on the passenger side. My car is filthy, definitely did not look like my car just came out of body shop, someone got in it with muddy boots and it smelled awful. This is a new car still had new car smell to it. I took may car to them cause they were Highly recommended by several people. And I was completely disappointed.

Lakeside was friendly and professional. The glass company did ok but couldn’t say when they were arriving to install windshield and left grimy handprints on “oh shit” bar On passenger side and some white liquid that was kind of tough to get off door panel.

Car looked beautiful when they were done. Only negative was receiving messages, right up to the day before anticipated completion, that the car would be done on time, then receiving no info when they learned that they would need more parts and it would not be done on time.
