Unfortunately this particular time my car was totaled. This collision center was incredibly kind and informative. They helped the through the entire process while dealing with the horrible insurance company. They have fixed two other vehicles for me in the past and did an outstanding job. One was a ford escape and the whole side was crunched in that suv still looks brand new and flawless. They do outstanding work here.

There are major scratches under the hood from the dent removal of the hail damage. Orings were missing on the washer nozzles were they were taken off when removing the hood.

The gentleman that inspected my damage, in addition I showed him a couple of scratches on the tailgate. I told him I knew they were not associated with the claim. I asked him it they could be fixed separately. He told me that it would be really expensive to paint the whole tailgate but he felt that buffing would make them less noticeable. I asked him to do the buffing and he said you would. When I picked up the vehicle I didn’t notice that nothing was done to the scratches.
