I felt the level of communication could have been better. Updates on vechile should addressed more so that customers don’t have to constantly call and they get irritated and give you lack of service.

Almost completely satisfied with service. I think with a $4000 repair that takes two weeks you should offer a loaner vehicle

Took way to long for the repair. Don't feel my insurance should have had to pay for the back up camera. It worked when I brought the truck in. It didn't quit as a result of the acciident. You said that you moved the box to work on the damage. I feel,that something happened to it as a result of that.
