Repair work great but my seat was tore and even when I brought it to your attention I was told nothing could be done about but talk to technician. I expected some kind of compensation as seat is in worse condition than when I brought my car to your auto body shop.

I like to be informed what’s going on with my vehicle and that was a issue my car was not ready when it stated it was gonna be ready not once but twice I feel like I got the runaround not a definite answer on anything. My car still has scratches. I feel like I was a very unimportant customer.!

There seems to be a "new" rattle like maybe a pice of something inside the tailgate when I corner. Impossible to get to you though with our work schedules so similar.

They messed up the alignment and reinstalled my Peddle Commander incorrectly and in the incorrect place

There was no communication between them and me unless I initiated it. Even after my truck was broken into and the hood, stereo, head rests and climate control was ripped out while in their custody at their shop, no one called me....I called them and I called the police and I called my insurance. With the exception of a few phone call updates over the last week they had it there was zero customer service or communication and this con't to even now
