They never communicated anything throughout the process. We had to call them every few days and when they answered the phone, they immediately sounded disgusted that we were bothering them. No one was on the same page with answers and we were lied to constantly about what was going on

Unable to perform the work I wanted - which was fine. However, Michael was extremely sexist in relaying this information. He told me multiple times if I couldn’t understand him (which I had no problem understanding), he’d be happy to speak to and explain to my husband instead of me. I brought in my car, not my husbands - that was extremely off putting and makes me not want to try and have work done here in the future.
