Well, I am not able to give an accurate score at this moment because I was not pleased with Gerald not calling me and updating me about my vehicle, I had to call my insurance adjuster for status. Secondly, my car set for so long until now my battery is running low, I just bought this car in February so I find that unusual. However, Cherly was very pleasant and professional when I would call.

The front end of my car was messed up due to an accident. There was a lot of parts that needed to be replaced, however Lamarque took the time to walk me through each step and my car looks good as new when I got it back.

I am impressed w/ both the body & paint work done to my vehicle but my truck sat almost a week with nothing done and I had to pay for a rental for a week. It could have all been done without any delay.
