Overall the work is satisfactory but communication on progress status of vehicle needs improvement. I would leave a message and wait 2 days with no response and then have to call back. Cheryl was the only one that would actually take my call and tried to get updates to me.

The process was extremely slow because of delayed parts. I understand that it is out of the collision center’s control. However, better communication would have been appreciated. Also, some of the vehicle’s features, like the tire pressure monitor were not reset.

They completed the repair on my car much faster than estimated, did not deviate from their original estimate of cost, and cleaned the exterior and interior of my car beautifully! I am so happy with the way my car looks now, and always come to this dealership for whatever I need.
