Everything related to the collision claim was excellently done. I had asked that they also fix a paint chip on my hood created by a flying rock on the hiway that I have coverage for and they didn’t do it. I’ll have to bring it back the next time I have a repair. That was disappointing.

When I called to book the appointment, the person at collisions services told me I should go to lincoln service. I made an appointment with lincoln service and when I arrived, they told me I should have gone to collision. It took nearly the entire day before. They move to the car to collision services and began the work. Essentially, an entire day was lost because they didn't know who was supposed to do the repair.
