I was told the repairs would take less than a week. It took over 2 weeks. When I called to find out why it was taking so long I was sent to a recording that said they would call me back. They never did. The work was good, I just felt jacked around.

My repair took two separate drop offs to make corrections, but the work was done professionally. I do feel that Ford could do a better job with their replacement parts as the bed panel on my repair does not sit flush like the original panel. Additionally, I had to have my driver’s side doors replaced (front and back) and I’ve just realized that I do not have Ford OEM windows. Not sure why aftermarket windows would be used on a new truck repair.

The reason for the score was simply communication. Lamarque Collision had my vehicle for about 4 weeks and trying to get any updates or answers was a time-consuming task. Once I was able to speak with my advisor, she provided me all of the information needed. I do not know if the team was short-staffed, but that’s the way it appeared.
