I spoke to Cheryl on Wednesday the 11th and asked about a timeframe for my car to get fixed. She said that they were waiting on parts and she couldn’t give me an exact date. I then extended the rental that I had as I have a job, kids, and needed a vehicle for my livelihood. I was left a VM on the 12th but didn’t hear the VM until the 13th. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to pick up my vehicle until Monday. I’m not sure how the collision center is involved in the rental aspect. Needless to say I will never be doing business with this company ever again!

I’m extremely happy with the work Lamarque did on my Lexus SUV. Ricky worked on vehicles I had over the years and he’s always done exceptional work. He’s like an artist with painting vehicles. He’s the very best there is for sure. I can’t say enough about Ricky’s quality of work.

Customer Service was helpful and didn’t mind answering my questions. Megyn was so sweet and accommodating when I expressed my concerns about the possibility of paint fumes inside my vehicle. She made sure to allow enough time to air out my suv. That was very helpful for me.
