Paint job was good, but they messed up my luggage compartment. It was good print all over my carpet and side panels. I did not get this. I showed my sales person Jimmy he took the car back and cleaned it for me. I bought top off the line car but service not match that.

You can not let the car out off service dirty. My car is only few weeks old and I know it was cleaned when I brought it to be painted.

They did a great job on the repairs of the vehicle, but the communication and timeline was very negligent on their part. I had an estimated date of completion for Jan. 16th, but wasn’t able to pick up my car until Jan. 29th. You would think that a luxury car company would also provide luxury service to their customers. The communication about the process wasn’t provided until I called several times just to find out the date would be later each time. I wasn’t offered a loaner vehicle and I believe i should receive a complimentary oil change for my lack of luxury service. I work in luxury hospitality so it’s something that I provide everyday to guests and also expect on my end in these circumstances.
