the day I dropped off my car was after a storm. We tried calling Enterprise for a ride but they didn't answer, so the front lady called an uber for me so I wasn't just waiting around. It was good she did because as it turned out, enterprise's phones were down due to the storm.

Had to go back a 2nd time because they missed obviously damaged part. Now I have to call them again because a part is falling off. First 2 times I went there with other cars got great service. This time not so great. Although Suzanne helped me get other damaged parts replaced and was very nice, it has been a hassle.
