One time that I thought my car would be done I didn’t hear from them until I called that it wouldn’t be done at the estimated time. Otherwise it was just fine communication.

Communication level wasn't clear but I really do like the way the hood looks like the fact that compressor that runs good but my backup camera for some reason it's not working properly the way I dropped it off. and the airbags continue to say off when they said that they checked it but it still say off .. I'm not satisfied about that part but good and the compressor that part is good but the other parts are not and I'm still not satisfied with it I know I like them to fix it back the way it was when I dropped it off that's all

I have been calling the master collision on nicollet and South Minneapolis My backup camera parking assistance is not working correctly the way I dropped it off to get fixed and now they trying to deny that they don't know how it got like that every person knows what's working and what's not working on their vehicle and I would appreciate it if they can fix it the way that it was And he said the airbags was fixed their bags are not fixed The airbags clearly says off so that's why I have to grade you guys very disqualified very not satisfied and terrible customer service poor communication I think it's some sneaky stuff going on..

If we weren't in a pandemic, I would give a 10, but none of my friends or family would consider visiting a business where people don't mask, so I wouldn't recommend Master to them. (Again, I didn't have another option.)

Everyone was great, except several employees weren't wearing masks both times I went in. Pretty scary, to be honest. I would have gone elsewhere just for that reason, but I didn't have another option.

I called and arranged for my car to be dropped off in the evening leaving my key in the key drop. The idea was that it would be fixed while I was out of town for a week. Instead my car sat parked on the street for a week in more than one snowstorm and was not worked on at all. I received no discount or rushed service, not even a simple apology. I couldn't even get a clear timeline on when the car would be done despite having an additional week without a car. I had to call four different times to figure out when the car would be done. I didn't even get a call when the car was done. I've passed this same information on to Allstate who instructed me to use this shop. I intend to post the same thing as the a review in various places.
