I was treated with respect & professionalism throughout the entire repair process. I was kept apprised of updates and projected completion times so that I could plan my personal schedule accordingly. Lamon Auto Body was recommended to me by a friend. LAB was not only available the next morning for an appointment, but gave me a timeframe of 20 plus days for work to be finished. What made it better, was that I was able to pick up my car just 2 weeks after dropping it off! Despite not being able to use the link to see photos of the repair progress, I took my friend’s word for it that LAB would do a great job.

I was able to book an appointment the day after my accident. The shop told me my car will be ready to come home on the 25th; instead, it was ready on the 16th. Looks brand new and everything!

The only contact I had was Krissy at the desk and on the phone. She was very nice and very informative. I told her that I had trouble with being able to see photos of the repair while my car was in the shop, but thanks to her communication I was assured that everything was going smoothly.

so far so good. waiting to see how all is when the rain comes but I am confident all will be fine. The extra cost at the end was a bit hard to swallow but understood mostly bc the windshield needed to be removed in order to guarantee no further peeling. Would recommend Lamon Auto Body to others.
