The repair was done fast, saving me the cost and the inconvenience of the rental. I was well informed of the status of the repair. The car was clean and shiny when picked up. Joe’s evaluation of my car (including a couple things I didn’t even know were wrong!) and his explanation of the repair plan were very thorough. I especially appreciated him offering a less expensive AND less risky method of accessing the area to be repainted. Thoughtful frequent progress updates were great too. The car looks great!
