From the time I arrived Brenda the front desk administrator made me feel at ease. She greeted me with a smile which calmed by nerves Jonathan Moran the collision specialist was very patient and professional. He gave me an estimated time my car would be repaired and he was spot on. He even offered to stay after hours because I had to drive from the other side of town to pick my car up. I couldn’t however come until the next day. Thank you Brenda and Jonathan for making this experience bearable. I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
