Communication was absolutely terrible. I tried calling multiple times to get an update and no one would answer the phone or return my calls or emails. The only way I was actually able to talk to someone was physically going up to the shop.

The repair was great, though there was no communication outside of automated text messages in delays over a month. Then when tried to call woul be directed to a voice mail that didn't work.

Landers had a link to a website which listed the progress of the repairs. It listed a scheduled completion time. They then extended the completion time twice but failed to keep it updated. I called back several times to get an updated status. When the truck was finished, the work looked excellent and they cleaned up the inside and outside of the vehicle. I am satisfied with the repairs but wish they had kept the status updated online.

You good but when I drove the car to y'all to get repair I told y'all there is vibration on the passenger front side so you balance my tires and gave me alignment but I still feel a little vibration on the passenger side can you stop the vibration can I bring it in

Picked up the car after the serviceman jump started it. It should not have been dead after sitting there one week. It has a new battery. Then it sputtered at the red light and went dead at another red light. It cranked back up but something was not right. Took it back immediately. Service personnel were very accommodating and said they would check it out first thing tomorrow since they were closing.
