I’m happy with the body work done and repairs in that aspect but they treat my like I’m stupid and refuse to acknowledge when I tell them there’s something wrong they find their own problem and try to fix it when that’s not the issue and then when I complain about it and even pay another shop to find the problem they still want to diagnose it themselves even though they’ve already said the insurance will fix it and want to keep my vehicle even longer when they already know what the problem is and have acknowledged that they believe that the other shop is right in that it is the problem but they wanna diagnose it themselves and I don’t agree with that just fix it that’s all I want. Won’t bring another vehicle back again.

Will did great and I appreciate him. And again the body work is good. But wasn’t happy with the mechanic side of it things weren’t fixed it should’ve been things were messed up that I didn’t know about that almost caused me to wreck the jeep the same night I got it back and I’m still not satisfied with certain peoples attitudes and the way they talk to me.
