I mentioned all this in my Google review, but will reiterate how much I appreciate the excellence in every step of the process. From prompt and efficient estimate, to scheduling repair, the timeliness of work being done, the professionalism with updates, the ease with rental car, and the absolute skill and perfection of work, there is not one thing that could have been better. Done. twice in 2 days. My insurance agent now knows and promised to refer. He felt if I was confortable, they would be comfortable recommending Langford. 2 referrals this AM . These guys (and gals) need to be busy. They earn it.

Beyond satisfied. Just wowed by the entire experience. Very thankful I landed here as I almost didn't. One last search and Langford stood out and first encounter was a done deal. Entire experience from initial walk-in to damage assessment, to caring for my car to the frequent communications on updates to wrap up. The job was enormous but they had the confidence and knowledge. They confirmed what could and shouldn't be done. Final product was perfection.

I had never expected an experience with a body shop for a substantially-wrecked vehicle to go well. However, surprisingly, Langford‘s is one of the best businesses I’ve ever seen. They are incredibly customer focused, and super nice from the front office to the back office. The quality of the work is incredible too! I am very glad that a friend in the auto repair business referred me to Langford’s. While I don’t hope to be back at a body shop anytime soon, I am super happy with the experience there. I give them my highest recommendation. —scott
