I knew I made a great decision when choosing LaPrairie's to repair the damage to my vehicle. I am highly satisfied with the outcome and the entire experience overall. Customer service is absolutely phenomenal! I was informed every step of the way of the process from start to finish. The work was completed exactly when I was told it would be. I've only had my dealership to complete any work to my vehicle but given the last experience with them, I chose to go elsewhere and I'm glad I did. I'm not hesitating to use LaPrairie's for any future needs.

I had such a positive experience from my very first phone call. Not only were they easy to work with but they promptly ordered the needed parts. We had a snow storm but they quickly got back to me to arrange for my dropping off my car. They have a great system for staying in touch throughout the whole process. They are a 5 star operation through and through. They were a delight to interact with which is a huge plus. My car is perfect. I would recommend them to anyone in need of any and all repairs.
