Korbyn was very helpful from the start! It took a little longer than expected to be done, but I’d rather it be done right than fast so I’m very pleased! My Jeep is a pretty maroon color and they matched it perfectly.

Larry Chris did all that they could do and did an amazing job. Allstate was a mess to work with at first Jacob Stevenson never returned calls in over 60 days I called a left over 30 calls. I finally called and got another person and she sent me to his manager. I called back on march 11 and got a hold of Jill Wagner that was gaven my claim she did outstanding she helped me get things taken care of she always called me right back and even called the shop to check on the repairs. She has done everything for this claim to go better then it started.

I received a call stating that my car was nearly finished and they needed to go through everything to ensure that everything was working correctly, the car should be ready for pickup at 4:00. When I went to pay my deductible and get the car, my card was processed for payment, I received a receipt and was told everything was good. I still had to return the rental car and get a ride back to the body shop, hence picked the car up right at dusk. I was dismayed to see the car was covered in a heavy dust, even the new bumper, and there were finger prints all around the bumper. When I started the car the heat was turned up to 90, which I thought odd. Then, half a mile down the road I discovered that all the lights on the rear right were not working. After much investigation we found the light harnesses had been unplugged and not plugged in again. So much for going through everything to ensure it was in proper working co edition. At least I did not get a ticket.
