Every time I’ve come in for a repair, the service and repair is excellent. However, the final bill has been much more than the initial estimate. I would be hesitant to recommend your business since my bill was twice the estimate

I was told my repair would be less than a days work from more than one Autobody shop getting quotes. At Larry Chris, it took 4 days! First excuse was my bumper needed painted and needed to stay overnight. Then the new bumper was damaged, and the 2nd new one somehow came in the next morning, after the 1st one took a month and a half to come in? Felt like “damaged bumper” was used as an excuse. Then, after that, they needed to order another piece. From the get-go, timing and communication was terrible. Even down to when my car would be ready to get dropped off. I was told 2 weeks, 11 more days from then, and then finally all the way to mid December! Not sure why I had to originally wait almost two months when getting one the next day was a possibility. Not to mention a huge scuff was left on the back passenger side, and luckily I was able to just buff it out. I Wish Larry Chris was more intentional with their communication. It felt like there were a bunch of excuses given to me to hide errors. They Did not feel honest or organized. I will not ever recommend this business to anyone or have any positives to say. I decided to go to Larry Chris due to their friendliness and willingness upon getting a quote, but was highly disappointed during execution.
