Really upsetting that 45 miles were driven on my car when I picked it up. I took pictures when I dropped it off. Which I dropped it off Dec 2 and it wasn’t ready until Jan 27. Never going back there for ANYTHING

I am satisfied with the repairs done however right after we came back we noticed moisture in the right headlamp. I was told they didn't change that headlamp however before the wreck I never had this problem leaving me to assume the seal was damaged in the collision. They were unwilling to make this good even though my insurance agent said they would cover it.

My right headlamp had lots of moisture in it when I got it back. It never had before. The seal started leaking after the wreck. They said I would have to pay for a new headlamp but my insurance agent said they should make it good.

Like always, they took care of every need we had. Cheyenne at the service desk is the absolute BEST. Billy and the other guys took care of us also. That’s why we continue to buy every vehicle from Duke Hansen, have for YEARS now, and deal with the body shop. The service, care, and dedication is wonderful and I couldn’t brag on the staff enough! Our battery gave out on us after we picked the van up from the body shop. I called after because we were stuck downtown PB, and Cheyenne sent the guys out to jump us. We drove the van back, and the guys changed the battery out and it was still covered under our warranty so we had nothing to worry about. We love you guys!!!

The from driver door still has a gap after being closed, sunlight and air flow can be felt an heard through it. Visible damage was fixed.
