I had other body shops tell me it would take 3 days to repair my vehicle but you had my vehicle a week. You salesman assumed that i would use your body shop without asking me if i wanted to use you. Otherwise, the work looks great!

When I got my Jeep back there was glue everywhere they took the dents out, they didn’t vacuum or clean out the Jeep, and on the back deck it looks like they left the buffer there to long and you can see where they got down to the primer in a spot.

When I dropped the Jeep off they told me that I would have a rental and to come back next Monday to drop it off. I called to make sure we were good for Monday and the lady told me yeah. Then I got a call from a lady telling me my parts were in and wanted to schedule a time to fix it. Then they called me and said they didn’t have a rental until 4:30 that afternoon when I had already made arrangements for 8:00 in the morning with them the week before and had already planned to go into work late. When I picked up my Jeep the guy didn’t show me what they done or anything * ask and he said I would get an estimate and it would come in the mail of what they did. I feel like they should have went over what they did with me and we could have looked at it.
