When we picked the car up there was over spray on the car so the tech had to come fix it. The inside of the car had dust all on the seat,and arm rest. All the times I have had body work done they would wash the car before pickup. Times have changed nothing is service oriented anymore.

Repair took longer than it should’ve due to the fact that they were going to use inferior replacements parts that even showed up at the shop damaged.. instead of using the “correct “ factory replacement parts… also I wasn’t kept updated on repair and also after receiving the vehicle back the repair work was poorly done and the shop was in fact aware of the repair job not being correctly done but deemed “ok “ to have me pick up vehicle further being more of a inconvenience to me and my wife. I would not recommend this business For the Allstate Insurance Company to recommend them is unviable for future customers.

I have given a two because I had them repair the damage that was done to my when it was there for the second repair that wasn’t done correctly my car was damaged.
