Repair took longer than it should’ve due to the fact that they were going to use inferior replacements parts that even showed up at the shop damaged.. instead of using the “correct “ factory replacement parts… also I wasn’t kept updated on repair and also after receiving the vehicle back the repair work was poorly done and the shop was in fact aware of the repair job not being correctly done but deemed “ok “ to have me pick up vehicle further being more of a inconvenience to me and my wife. I would not recommend this business For the Allstate Insurance Company to recommend them is unviable for future customers.

I have given a two because I had them repair the damage that was done to my when it was there for the second repair that wasn’t done correctly my car was damaged.

Would have slightly like more on the additional items replaced or took extra time. This was my first anything, besides a rock in the windshield, that needed repair. I plan on selling once it is paid off next year. Knowing details is important. Luckily I have mechanics in the family and could tell me what and why. I do love the page that explains codes. Helped tremendously! Other than that… awesome job. I really appreciate everything. Car runs smooth, all repairs look good and, they worked with me on the pick-up with locking key in car with my app so we could get it after hours. Awesome service!
