I would give a ten, but the ‘Explorer is Jon’s, not Kathy’s. Well after paying my deductible and picking up my SUV, we received emails that were outdated with news. Including the one that We received thanking Kathy for picking up her car when I had picked up my car the previous week. I know both State Farm and Larson’s are inundated with regular work and hail work, but the delays between action and communication are at least confusing, if not annoying.

I am satisfied with truck bed panel replacement. The painting is top notch. As for the door repair, i can see the ripples of the body filler. They are slight, but visible. Now that ive seen them, i cant unsee it. So i guess i would have to say im not completely satisfied
