Didn’t do an alignment on my car causing me to have to replace the front tires and get a 4 point alignment done. I was stuck on the side of the road due to the first tire going flat and the second tire was bad and also had a bent tire rod

I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received throughout this process. Despite personally visiting the body shop to provide my phone number after my vehicle was towed there, I never received a single phone call informing me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I only became aware that the repairs had been completed when Enterprise notified me that my rental period had ended. Additionally, when I inquired about the lack of communication, I was told that I was State Farm’s customer and that State Farm should have notified me. Regardless of who was responsible, I believe better communication and customer service should have been provided to ensure I was informed about the status of my vehicle.
