The way they treated my wife was absolutely horrible, and very unprofessional! I called and left several messages for the owner to call me back and he never return my call! A business is only ran as good as its ownership!

You have got to be kidding me!!!!! I would never recommend anyone to this place!!! Get new ppl workin there someone who actually cares then you mite get more service… I will be sure to let everyone kno don’t buy a car truck or suv from there and definitely PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE BODY SHOP!!! I will say this I have heard a lot More ppl talk bout how bad the service is there and they will not b back..

I will never be back there again… The people was very rude and the service was horrible.. Even the manger over the body shop and the manger over the manger at the body shop would never recommend them to anyone! The main manger over the whole place… He was jus plain out rude and disrespectful and he acted like he didn’t Care at all!! To be honest he didn’t care! He’s gonna tell me that some rats chewed up in the wires of my vehicle. How funny is that? In my point of view he needs to be fired and the manger over the body shop!!! I will let everyone kno how horrible service I got from Laurel Ford!!!!
