The dealership did not call me the day my car was done, and neglected to do so until the next week. This caused me to go over the date for my rental and have to pay out of pocket when returning it. My car looks great, but the communication could definitely be better.

The repair was good but Personnel needs to inform the customer/customers about what is going on with their car maybe a estimate on how much longer the car will be there. Parts are very hard to get very understanding but when the customer is calling or coming in to check on their car cuz they haven’t been updated on what’s going on is Kind of irritating so better customer service by phone or text would have been great!
