When I came in for the inspection, I was not given instructions on where to go. I initially went to the mechanical side, and they knew nothing about my appointment.And it was very simple.They could have probably assumed that my appointment was on the other side, (body shop) which i imagine happens all the time. They were not very nice & friendly. Im glad my appointment was on the other side!

Still waiting to hear back about the part they forgot to install on my windshield… And I think that you should get more of a notice when the car is ready to be picked up. In fact, my rental car company called me and told me my car will be done before they called me… They don’t give you much time to get there, less than an hour and when people work it’s a little tough to do.

It took 67 days for my repair to complete. The service and body shop have terrible communication on who submitted what part of the work order. There’s only one employee in the service department that would report to Wheels making the repair time terrible
