Truck was not ready by estimatedwill be ready by 10am and we will call you. No call completion date I was told I would be called when ready. When I received the auto text message it was ready I called to make sure and was told no but would call me later that wday No call but received auto text st 5: 47pm it was ready but to late to get there by 6:00 When I got there the next morning was told it's not ready but

I will never take my car back to Lawrence Hall Chevrolet again. I would not recommend them. The staff I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. I will let everyone who will listen know what a HORRIBLE experience I had.
