The entire experience with Lazarro's was very, very positive. The work they performed on my car was flawless. The staff is professional and friendly, with terrific customer service and responsiveness. They were more than thorough and fair, and worked collaboratively with my insurance company. In addition they have great working relationships with local rental car agencies. I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend them.
