My Experience

Being in an accident is stressful, no way around it. But Jonathan at Leading Edge, along with everyone I had contact with when I went in, made it as stress-free as possible. The process was explained, all my questions were answered and the communication and updates allowed me to focus on my day to day things, secure in the knowledge that my car would be taken care of. I hope I don't have to go back due to an accident, but would absolutely return for any type of work my car needs.

The customer service was great. Ruben was very helpful! The only thing that I don’t like is that there were 25 miles put on my car while in your care. The same thing happened the last time I had my car there but even more miles were put on my car. Why is someone driving my car when it is in your possession??? I don’t appreciate that at all! I checked my mileage on purpose to see if it happened again and it did. I am not happy about that!
