I am a lifetime member for Leading Edge because I don’t have to worry about the quality of work. I don’t hesitate to recommend your company to others. That said, I would offer that a small process change. Consider getting the insurance company to guarantee timely agreement and payment so as not to delay release of customer’s vehicle once it is ready.

I received excellent service from everyone I spoke to. I was greeted politely at the front desk and my concern was handled with immediately. Propper expectations were set and everything was taken care of as promised. The service actually exceeded my expectations.
