Thanks for your fine work. I know it can be frustrating waiting for people whose sole job is to make things run smoothly. I may come back in a couple of weeks to get the chip in my windshield fixed. I’m going back to Farmers Insurance on 12/44/25. Don’t know but I think they will cover chip repair.

The complete process from start to stop was impeccable. There were constant communications via text message on the progress taking place and the estimated time of completion. I could reach out at any time and get progressive updates. My vehicle was completed 2 days earlier than estimated. I consider myself quite picky. When I arrived to inspect my vehicle and pick it up, it was absolutely, I’m going to say it, as close to perfect as a human can get. My Jeep is a 2014 and it looked as good or better than when it was purchased in May of 2013. Unfortunately I have had to use Leading Edge 2 times in the last 2 1/2 years due to unfortunate accidents. There is a reason I came back to this shop and good reason for me to tell others to come to this facility. In these days of lack luster performance by so many service providers, Leading Edge has been able to maintain their high service standards. Kudos to this organization and its personnel!

Phenominal service, always notified by text massage as the repair work was being accomplished. The repairs were completed ahead of time and the end result was impeccable. I’m a very picky person and if I’m impressed enough to use the word impeccable Leading Edge is the place to take your vehicle for repair. Kudos to the folks working at Leading Edge!
