I waited 4.5 months (the next available appointment) and the week of my appointment I was expecting a reminder call. No reminder came so I called to confirm that I was scheduled. Turns out I was never put in the books… some “parts-guy” supposedly scheduled me with the disclosure “I don’t usually do the scheduling, but it looks like you’re all set.” I was not, in fact, all set. Don’t let random employees do the phone answering and scheduling. Or maybe train EVERY employee on how to use the computer systems… Very. Frustrating.

The attention to detail and the little things that they did are top notch. They seem to have even done the update that my Jeep needed!! So very very happy with the service. the Service writer (Brandon) was excellent. the rest of the process was not great. Management had no control of the process with the techs. I was told my truck was ready to paint and it took almost two full weeks from that point. If I had not pushed and Brandon not helped, who knows how much longer it would have taken. The tech appeared to be working on it as he felt like it.

Detail work was atrocious. Car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the entire inside of my car and got the car wash for the outside.. disappointed is an understatement.

Angel was helpful; but my car had not been cleared of snow following the storm (which we saw on Wed evening when we got into town,)- we called in the morning to be sure it was cleared . It was running but it was not cleared of ice and snow. My husband felt obligated to “help” Also the tire pressure light was on(not prior to accident). Also the man who waited on us did seem familiar with my particular accident.
