The staff is fantastic and friendly. My vehicle was 45 minutes late returning after reconditioning, they stayed on top of the progress and kept me updated. They were willing to stay after closing to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

The work is fine however what they did was horrible my camera my dash camera came back broken. They ripped things out of my car like that and recon is just horrible they they mess your car up and they don’t put things back and they rip things off your windshield that should never be ripped off and that’s why my dash camera is broken. I would never recommend anybody to use a Lee Collision Center to be honest with you. The recon center is horrible.

The communication was good. The only thing I was a little frustrated About was it took a little longer than I would have hoped, but they made sure to get everything taken care of and my car almost better than it did when I brought it in

Lack of communication.

Repair was done well and car was cleaned afterward. The only issue I had was dropping the vehicle off Sunday night for a Monday service and they did not get the Vehicle completed on Monday. I had to call to ask if it was complete at the end of day and they informed me it was not done. This created an extra trip to go pick up the keys before they closed and return later to pick up the Vehicle on Tuesday after it was complete as I had arranged for a ride on Monday.

NO reminders and I had called both days to see where they were at with finishing. Again, I had to make extra trips as they didnt tell me until I called end of Day Monday to find out it was not completed. I was told it would take a day. When I called they stated they received the wrong part on Monday Morning. In this case I would expect a phone call after discovering this so I could re-schedule getting a ride to their facility to pick up my vehicle the following day.

Best place to go for car repair and a car purchase. Angel, Brendon and Tim are all very pleasant folks to deal with. They are very helpful and kind. They always kept me updated and returned my phone calls.
