I got one phone call at the beginning of this and then another phone call from Lee Nissan a week later saying they couldn’t do an alignment but I was still charged for alignment well insurance was chargedAnd I no longer have heat in my car

My car had a lot of damage. Although it took a month to fix it , it was worth it it looks great. I also want to thank you for the FREE loaner. I couldn’t imagine paying for a rental car for a Month!

After I got the appraisal done on my car, I made an appt almost 2 weeks after. Mike told me he would order the parts so they would be in when my car arrived. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, I got a call Thursday saying the parts weren't ordered which of course caused my car to not be ready within the quoted time frame
