If I could make one suggestion it be to communicate where you stand with a vehicle. I was told my repair would take 7-10 business days but I would have liked a call or email after the 1st week to provide an update - even if it was simply to say that you are "on track". You were clear that it would take about two weeks, so I was not completely put off. A call/email would have put you ahead of my last repair work with another company that did this.
