Greg and Dan were very helpful. Explained things in great detail so that I was able to understand what was going on with my car. I have not yet received my vehicle back. I came to pick it up and noticed uneven gaps on the fit of the tailgate. The body shop has ordered parts and will inform me when my Ram is ready to pick up.
