Quincy is the best of the best. She was helpful, friendly, and professional. She kept me updated regularly on the status of my suv. It was a pleasure working with her. If I need any body repair in the future I will return to Lee’s. Thank you.

Quincy is a pleasure to do business with, but my car, upon pickup, and still, wasn’t programmed correctly. The first time I came back to fix the technicians mistake of not resetting the windows was on April 18, 2022. There’s additional electrical dysfunction but I’m not going to waste my gas to come back. If I ever need body work again I won’t return to Lee’s. Other than Quincy this experience has been tiring and unacceptable.

I will never bring my car to lee’s automotive again They were very unprofessional the woman that works there call me and told me My car was done and ready for pick up when I got there the repair that they did look a hot mess there was black stuff all over the back of my car they didn’t wash it but they said that they did this was these worse shop ever and I don’t recommend them to anyone!! That woman there really needs to work on being more professional… the shop doesn’t look all that good, to begin with, and her professionalism makes it look even worse!

My car is back to show room perfect. The people understood my feelings about my poor car and took wonderful care of me. She always was the warmest human being and left me feeling glad I had called to check on my car. I know I was a nuisance but the office never berated me for calling. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants a great job Well DONE. My car and I Thank You.

It took a long time for me to recieve my car back and that wasn't all the lady in the front had bad customers service she made me feel uncomfortable the way she kept making fun of my last name like it was a joke. I was not pleased with that
