Enjoy the app view and breakdown , would recommend that before updating the pickup date PLEASE communicate first (at least texting what the problem is/why it’s being extended). Also had a weird phone call on Saturday from an east coast number saying my car was ready and to pick it up before 5pm (but your offices aren’t open on weekends??) - so whoever that was you might wanna make sure everyone is on the same page. Otherwise, no major complaints about the process.

There were some communication issues (once, the first time my pickup date was moved without any reasoning as to why, and second when it was time to pickup my vehicle I got multiple calls on a Saturday from someone on the east coast telling me to come pick it up-)

Requested quote for additional touch up work outside of claim. Did not receive a bid. An area that was painted was not touched up for a scratch. Garbage was not removed from car and cup holders were not cleaned. Was told I would receive a complimentary detail. Car was dirty on driver side - marker with residue. I was told I would have to return to receive additional touch up. Working mom with two kids and need a car won’t be able to return
