Totally worth the drive—Legacy Auto Body of Garland is great! After my car was involved in a minor collision after my neighbor backed into my new car, I didn’t want to take any chances with the repair. I drove 35 miles out of my way to Legacy Auto Body based on glowing online reviews and a strong recommendation from the dealership where I bought my car as it was evident they were experienced with my vehicle —and I’m so glad I did. They kept my car for about 3½ weeks, and every single day felt worth it when I saw the final result. The repair work was immaculate—like the accident never happened. The paint matched perfectly and the body lines were flawless. What really impressed me was how professional and communicative the team was throughout the process. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and even reassuring. I never felt like I was in the dark, and they handled everything with care and precision. A number cannot express the quality of service I received. My car was repaired in two days and the workmanship is perfect. Rafael was so helpful and even gave me a ride back to my home. We negotiated a fair price and I am a totally satisfied customer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I seriously thought I was looking at a whole different car when I picked it up, that’s how good the repair was! They even threw in a complimentary car wash and vacuum, which was such a nice surprise (and I definitely needed it). I did notice a few scratches left on my sensor from the original hit, but they told me I could bring it back and they’d fix it the same day—I just haven’t had the time yet. Definitely planning to go back though, because they really did an amazing job overall! Also, shoutout to the front desk lady! She’s was amazing at keeping us updated every step of the way and was such a huge help throughout the whole process!

First of all, Ashley referred me to these guys. My Progressive adjuster knew them, but Progressive would have pushed me to a big chain. I love supporting smaller businesses. Rafael was my first contact - & he was excellent. Patient as i has a previous commitment via the dealership to work out. We kept in touch via text, and once I could get my baby dropped off, they went to work! I didn't have a worry as they worked and went through the process with Progressive. Finally my truck was finished and all was done, and done perfectly! I am very happy with Legacy, and will use them as my shop of choice as long as I have a choice! -JRG
