They never answer their phone. Each time I wanted information on my car I had to drive all the way over there and get my answers in person (which was 3 times to be exact)Thank god my rental was covered because they had my car for at least 70 days.. word of advice to Lehigh valley collision, at least answer your phones and/or try to update people every week or 2 about what’s going on. Or at least email them !

My car looks brand new. Excellent workmanship! My only issue would have been the time I didn’t have my car for a rental. It took 4 1/2 weeks.
