I have been told multiple times that my car is ready to get picked up when on week 5 of mechanic work my car is still there with the exact same issue we were having when brought in the first time. We have already paid $2700 when leaving the very first time, after being told that it would be covered under the warranty and ordering parts we were told it wouldn't be covered. They were "working" on it for 3 weeks the first time. After leaving the first time the car was drove for 4 days then went in for body work. After the body work was done and we were called to pick it up it wouldn't start in the parking lot and is now missing the cover that goes over the lever to put the car in neutral. They got it started we left it running for 3 hours while running errands not knowing if it would start again to get home. After returning home and trying to leave again an hour later it had issues starting and while trying to leave the driveway completely died and had to be pushed out of the way. The next day we called after trying to start it multiple times and someone came out to bring it back to the shop and it did start. Keeping it for another week and calling to say it was ready. We went to pick it up and again it wouldn't start. We were told it would be moved to the top of the priority list and moved inside immediately. The next day it was in the parking lot untouched still. After calling to see what was going on we were told that there were other bigger jobs that had to be finished first. Today we are still waiting for any sort of call about anything with the car. We were also guaranteed after the first 3 weeks of doing without a loner car, that we would get one. Then 3 days later we were told that they had no loner cars available. We have used what used to be called Total Motors for years, this car and one other have been purchased from here. We have never ever had issues like this and will have a very hard time returning for much if any service.

Multiple issues here, from being guaranteed a loner car to being told our car was fixed and ready to be picked up then not starting because it is still not fixed, and everytime we called being told " I was just about to call you" and being told it was covered under the warranty then told later that it wasn't, and after 3 weeks of mechanic work not only does it have the same issue but being told that it would be a priority then being told that other jobs are more important and we still have no car. Noone is on the same page with anything.
