Based on this experience, I will not recommend to anyone. I made multiple trips back and forth between the service building and the sales building, encountering several employees sitting at their work stations, but not one asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me as I walked by trying to find the right person/dept. No one knew why I was there, despite having scheduled an appt, they just kept sending me "to the other building." This happened both when I dropped off my vehicle and when I picked it up, so it wasn't just an off day.

No one seemed to know what my situation was from beginning to end, repair, rental during repair, or after. I talked to multiple people on the phone and on-site and still am not sure what was done. I ended up paying to fill the gas tank before I returned the rental even though the repair was covered by the other person's insurance. I called to ask and the staff told me to do so.
