I appreciate the work done on my Jeep and that the team ultimately helped move the process along. However, communication throughout the repair process could definitely be improved. I often had to call multiple times to receive updates and didn’t consistently receive callbacks, which made things feel more stressful than necessary. There was also a delay between discussing the rims and placing the order, and unfortunately the rims I originally wanted were sold out by the time the order was processed. That was disappointing, as I would have preferred more timely follow-up so I could secure my first choice. Overall, the repairs were completed, but better and more proactive communication would greatly improve the customer experience.

The repair it self was completed with perfection. The amount of time it took to complete the repair in my opinion took to long. I was not told that a third party was going to check my rim. That took an extra three days. I don’t think Leo Martin will be a first choice for car repair for me in the future.
